ORDER CONFIRMATION

Order confirmations are sent via email after orders are placed. If an order confirmation is not immediately viewed, please ensure receipt by checking junk or spam folders.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Order cancellations are not accepted. This is simply because 3:27 Cosmetics dispatches orders as quickly as possible. Upon receiving an order confirmation via email, the product(s) are already being processed, and cannot be changed or cancelled.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). 3:27 currently ships to addresses in the United States only (not including U.S. territories). Free standard shipping is available for all U.S. orders. 

Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be processed. Once a 3:27 Cosmetics order has been completed, allow 2-9 business days for standard delivery. Orders submitted on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following business day. A tracking number will be sent by email once an order has been shipped. If a tracking number is not immediately viewed, please ensure receipt by checking junk or spam folders.

3:27 Cosmetics is not responsible for reimbursement of stolen or lost packages.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

3:27 Cosmetics offers a satisfaction guaranteed policy which means we want you to be completely satisfied with your product. We know what it’s like to order something online and want to return it because it’s not working out. That’s why we will gladly accept returns of products purchased from 327cosmetics.com within 30 days of receipt. 

Please note that we are not able to process exchanges at this time.

We will always do our best to assist with any issue or concern you may have with a purchased item. If a product does not meet your expectations, you have up to 30 days upon receipt to return it UNUSED in its original packaging for a refund minus shipping and handling.

To complete your return request, please send an email to orders@327cosmetics for instructions on how to return the product. Include the order number.

If in receipt of damaged items from 327cosmetics.com, please send us a photo at orders@327cosmetics.com with the subject line: DAMAGED. Include the order number with the image for our Customer Care team to review.

Please do not return product or send damaged merchandise back to 3:27 Cosmetics without approval from the Customer Care team. Items sent without authorization will be denied.

3:27 Cosmetics is not responsible for any return shipping fees or lost, untraceable shipments. We recommend mailing your return item using a shipping carrier that offers tracking services. Original shipping fees will not be refunded on returned items. Please note that customers are responsible for any return shipping fees with the exception of damaged items.

Sales items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.

Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days of the notification email sent to you, acknowledging your return as been processed.

BACK ORDERS

3:27 Cosmetics does not offer waitlist or back orders. If one or more items in an order is sold out, 3:27 Cosmetics will refund the partial order and ship the items that are available.
